- Construction White Card number and state
- Other trade licences and tickets you hold

- Your signed induction declaration
- Uploaded copies of your licence and White Card
If you are a company representative
- Company name, ABN, business address
- Contact and finance personnel details
- Insurance certificates and expiry dates
- Vehicle and plant registration details
Why we collect it
- To verify your identity and qualifications before granting site access
- To maintain a record of site inductions as required under Queensland Work Health and Safety legislation
- To manage contractor compliance, insurance currency and approvals
- To contact you or your emergency contact if required
- To process payments to your company
How we store and protect it
- Stored securely in Australia (AWS Sydney region) with encryption at rest and in transit
- Access restricted to authorised MGN Civil personnel only
- Retained for 7 years as required under construction industry obligations, then securely destroyed
- Some data is shared with PassCreator (Germany) to generate your site access wallet pass — only your name, company and project are transmitted
