Complete the steps below to finish your site induction. All items must be completed before your site access is approved.

Review all materials below before completing your induction form
Complete your company details and insurance once — applies to all your contractors
Invite each person by email — they receive a unique link to complete their own induction
Enter the contractor's name and email. They'll receive a secure link to complete their own induction form — no login required.
The contractor receives an email with a secure link. They click it, fill in their own details, tick acknowledgements and sign — all without needing a login. You'll be notified when they complete it.
Personal information collected through the induction form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
